Kickboxing and Self-Defense Program

This is a women-only class that focuses on improving technique, strength, and cardio. The program is centered around kickboxing, but involves elements of self-defense and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Many students in the program are new to the sport, so it's designed to support beginners as well as the advanced. Expect to leave sweaty and with a new skill to practice at home.
